Putin ordered to sign a treaty on alliance with South Ossetia

MOSCOW, March 6 - RIA Novosti. Russian President Vladimir Putin ordered to sign a treaty with South Ossetia on the alliance.

“To accept the offer of the Government of the Russian Federation has signed an agreement between the Russian Federation and the Republic of South Ossetia on alliance and integration … consider it expedient to sign a contract under the present regulation, at the highest level,” - said at the disposal of the President published on the official portal of legal information.

The draft treaty is a basic document for the phased establishment between Russia and South Ossetia closer cooperation in the social, economic and humanitarian spheres, as well as in matters of foreign policy, defense and security. In furtherance of the agreement will enter into a separate agreement to deepen sectoral cooperation.
