Wife Saakashvili considers unacceptable the arrest of her apartment

Former first lady of Georgia Sandra Roelofs commented on the seizure of property of her family and relatives of ex-President Mikhail Saakashvili on his page on Facebook.

“Today we learned about the arrest of the property. This list is my apartment, where we lived before the presidency and where Misha returned after October 2013″ - says Roelofs on your page.

She explained that 20 years ago when she married Saakashvili, his father gave her an apartment on Perovskoy, which was later sold. Then they moved on Saburtalo, this apartment also was later sold and in 2002 the family moved into the street Barnov.

“For me and my family is completely unacceptable the arrest of the apartment,” - Saakashvili said his wife.

The prosecutor’s office had seized the property of ex-Georgian President Mikhail Saakashvili and his family. The list of seized property includes several parcels apartment in Tbilisi and machinery owned by the former president and his family members. Apartments also arrested in the name of the mother of ex-president Giuli Alasania, home of ex-president in Kvareli and all property, decorated in the name of Mikhail Saakashvili and Sandra Roelofs.
