Border Police of Georgia ordered the captain of the detained Russian vessel “Pur-Navolok” pay a fine of 50,000 lari (30,000 dollars) for violating the rules of navigation in the water areas of the country. Informs “Interfax”.

Recall that the Georgian coast guard detained a walking under the Russian flag cargo ship on March 18 in the marine waters of Sarpi (Georgian-Turkish border). The vessel was carrying coal from Kerch in hop (Turkey), were on board ten men (all of them - the citizens of the Russian Federation). According to the Russian Foreign Ministry, “Pur-Navolok” was detained as he waited permission to the Turkish port of entry, after which the vessel was towed to Batumi.
