The U.S. stationed military forces in Georgia

The U.S. has the intention to deploy military forces in Georgia. An appropriate statement made by Pentagon officials in their official address to the U.S. Congress.

According to agency Reuters, the measures are necessary to “ensure stability” in the preparation of joint with the U.S. military operations in Afghanistan.

In addition, the Pentagon also notified Congress on similar plans for Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Croatia and Hungary, which also will be planned jointly with the Afghan operations by U.S. forces.
